Useful, simple — and room to have fun.
I’m Stéphane Lauper, a senior business analyst. This site is my little patch of the internet: a place to show what I’m up to, try ideas, and (soon) share small web apps that might actually help someone — including me. No corporate mood; just building things I enjoy and putting them out there.
Language: you land on the English original (that’s what I keep up to date). Use Language in the menu if you want machine translation — handy, but not perfect.
About
The short version.
Day to day I help people make sense of messy problems: needs, trade-offs, and how teams can move forward without drowning in buzzwords.
Here I keep things light: a simple home page, and over time I’ll add tools on their own subdomains — experiment, learn, and share stuff that’s genuinely useful. If it’s also fun to build, even better.
How this place works
No secrets — just how I like to build here.
This isn’t a “zero-problem” corporate website. It’s a playground: somewhere to enjoy the web, try things out, and share what I learn. Please don’t expect everything to be flawless all the time — that’s not the deal.
I will break stuff sometimes. I’ll try again, patch what I can, and move on when it makes sense. I work on this in the time I have, with the energy I have. If something breaks, it breaks; if it can be fixed, I’ll fix it when I can. I’m not hiding that — it’s part of going with the flow and having real fun with it.
I use AI and other tools the same way I use curiosity: to experiment, to speed up boring bits, and to turn half-formed ideas into something you can actually click on. It’s a collaboration between me and those tools — judgment and taste on my side, automation and speed on theirs. We’ll see where it goes.
Thanks for getting it. Let’s see what we build.
Tools (coming soon)
Each app gets its own subdomain and a permanent technical ID (app0, app1, …).
Short IDs without awkward characters play nicely with hostnames; the same label is reused in configs, APIs, and logs — the friendly title stays visible next to it.

app0Ideas → clarity → traction → appsA collaborative place to pool ideas, vote and refine them, and watch how each idea evolves over time — a visible chain of thought, branches like “idea Git”, contributors and moments where momentum shows up. The goal: move from noisy sparks to actionable ideas people can agree on; the strongest lines can later graduate into standalone mini-apps built here.
